Management Accountant
During an exciting period of growth our client, a well-established, reputable financial services company is actively seeking an ambitious, assertive and results driven Management Accountant to complement their finance department on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, key responsibilities will include
• Weekly intercompany reconciliation
• Site month end reporting for all sites including group consolidation
• Preparation and updating of operational cashflow forecasts
• Accurate review and checking of purchase invoice processing and expenses and dealing with queries
• Reconciliation of trade creditors and review of the payment run
• Signing off coding of purchase invoices
• Review of the raising of sales invoices
• Monitoring and reporting on debtors and managing overdue balances
• Managing the direct debit process for receipts from students
• Controlling the finance process of the deposit protection scheme
• Review of the of the petty cash processing
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
• Day to day supervision of the finance assistant
• Other general office duties and admin
• Participation in the management group
You will be qualified or studying towards your CIMA/ACCA finals and have a minimum of 2 years management accounts experience. Commercial awareness and excellent IT/communication skills are essential for this role.
