Credit Controller

Are you looking to gain more credit control experience? Or perhaps you have Credit Control experience and are looking for an immediate start to fill a gap?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a small, friendly and established business in the heart of Congleton on a temporary basis. Working in modern offices within a team of credit controllers your role will include:

- Taking responsibility for a group of clients with debt of varying balances
- Contacting clients by telephone or email to establish date of payment
- Building rapport to enable good cash flow
- Reduce debtor days
- Liaising with colleagues and third parties to resolve invoice queries
- Document all correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Training on all systems will be given

To be successful in this Credit Control role, you will ideally have the following:

- A minimum of 3 months’ credit control experience is essential
- Able to commit until the end of August
- Friendly and persuasive manner
- Team focused attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships

This role is to start immediately until the end of August 18. You MUST be able to commit to the whole duration and not be looking for a permanent role in this time.
