Semi Senior Accountant

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Semi Senior Accountant to work for a successful medium sized practice based in Croydon. This growing firm are looking for an experienced hire to join the specialised department in service charge & accounts. Training will be provided if necessary.

Duties will include:

Preparation of statutory and management accounts
Ability to complete full set of accounts to completion
Complete audits in accordance with company audit procedures
Complete analysis of items for tax
Sign off audit sections, address any problems/queries and complete the file before passing it on to the partner for review
Discussing and resolving queries with clients
Good knowledge on IRIS.

The Ideal Accounts Semi Senior:

4+ Years' experience in accounts preparation
2+ Years' experience in Audit
Good all round knowledge on VAT, Payroll, Income tax and Corporation Tax.
Strong technical knowledge
Ability to work as a team

The successful applicant, will have worked for an accountancy firm previously and will have experience in accounts production for various entities and looking to gain wider experience while moving their career forwards.
