SEMI-SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - COALVILLE, LEICESTERSHIRE - JOB REF: JO14905
Are you an experienced Accountant looking for a fresh start with no boring Audit work in a forward thinking small and friendly practice team, parking on site? Competitive salary up to £28k - then we have the role for you.
You will be dealing with your own portfolio of small business clients. Our client is looking for a strong minded candidate who is will to contribute to meeting, put ideas forward, with a good interest in the latest technological advances.
Technical/practical skills & experience required include;
·Year end & monthly management accounts preparation from incomplete records and computerised accounts.
·Business & personal tax computations & returns using tax software
·Online filing of HMRC and Companies house
·VAT, Payroll, Work based pensions, P11d's, CIS processing.
·Some bookkeeping reviews/maintenance mainly using Xero (Sage etc)
·Basic tax planning knowledge a distinct advantage.
Software systems - Xero, Sage, QBOL, IRIS, Tax calc, Inform Direct
Other Details
·Hours 09.00 to 17.30
·Salary up to £28k
·Free parking on site
·22 days holiday + Bank Holidays = increasing with length of service
