Client accountant
An exciting opportunity for a Client accountant to immerse themselves in a well-established financial consultancy firm. Focusing on the Umbrella and payroll services.
Salary: Up to £30,000
Market: Umbrella and payroll services
Location- Bolton- Permanent
Delivering financial support to over 20,000 customers since the company’s start up, they’re an expert in providing services for flexible workforce's, freelancers, contractors and other self-employed hard workers. The client is looking for a confident individual that can liaise well with both clients through account management, as well as customers by efficiently responding to inbound calls. Having the ability to produce key legal documents within the role of client accountant is an important aspect. However, training can be provided to the successful candidate.

Key roles and responsibilities for the successful client accountant:
- Manage client profiles on a daily basis ( VAT, PAYE and company tax advice to name a few)
- Liaise with service delivery and customer service teams to highlight system deficiencies and educate other departments.
- Produce technical and legal documentation required by the client – Visa applications, CSA forms and divorce papers.
Essential skills:
- 1-2 years in an advisory capacity, advising clients/stakeholders industry
- Preparation of statutory year end accounts for the companies house
- Reconciliation of management accounts
- Experienced in recording information through databases or financial systems
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- AAT Qualified or appropriate Accountancy/Finance Degree
- Desirably ACCA/ACA/CIMA part qualified or qualified by experience.
