Account Manager required for a fantastic opportunity working within a well established, successful and friendly team- You will be dealing with existing business customers and will be paid to simply talk to them over the phone and develop the relationship.
£20,000 - £22,000 basic + Company Performance Bonus, free parking, M-F 8.30am-5.00pm hours (no shifts), 25 days hols and more
Due to continued growth and an internal promotion my client is looking to recruit an additional telephone based Account Manager to join the existing team. Your role will be contacting new customers after there first purchase to make sure they had a good experience and everything was as expected with their order / delivery
Customers are based across the UK in a variety of sectors (Public and Private) comprising of Sole Traders, SME's and Corporates. You must be confident building effective rapport/relationships over the phone and ideally have experience gained in a telephone based role
Intensive training, coaching and support is provided during your first 6 months to assist you in making sure you are building effective rapport / relationships with your accounts. The training, coaching and support is then offered on an ongoing basis to make sure you are always fully equipped to do the job.
This role could lead into a Senior Account Manager role which pay £22,000 - £25,000
Salary and Benefits
£20,000 - £22,000 Basic
Company bonus upto circa 10% of salary paid quarterly
25 days holiday + 2 potential bonus days + all bank/public holidays.
