Full Time, Contract to Permanent Position!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our top clients based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a dynamic and experienced team within an established company.

The Maternity Cover is initially for 10 months, however the successful candidate could go permanent.

The Role:

* Reporting to the Finance Supervisor
* Matching delivery notes to invoices
* Entering supplier invoices
* Paying supplier invoices
* Credit Control
* Issuing credit notes
* Issuing monthly statements
* Sales Ledger
* Purchase Ledger
* Banking
* Sales Invoicing
* Reconciliations
* Month end sales reports
* Dealing internal and external queries

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* IT Literate and excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Organised and able to prioritise
* Good people skills and a team player

This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
