Our client a highly successful services business based in Brentford is seeking an Accounts Receivable Controller to join large and very friendly Receivables team.
Accounts Receivable Controller - About The Role
The main responsibility of the Accounts Receivable Controller will be to ensure that all Accounts Receivable transactions, cash book entries and customer payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Key duties include
Ensuring all customer receipts are allocated in an accurate & timely manner
Liaison with customers and the bank to allocate unidentified receipts
Preparation of the monthly direct debit run
Contact customers regarding account queries
Customer account reconciliations
Opening post and sorting cheques and remittance
Banking cheques, cash receipts and preparing manual payments
Monthly bank reconciliations
The successful Accounts Receivable Controller will have:
Proven experience within Accounts Receivable and Cash Control and work well in a busy challenging environment
