Partner Performance Analyst

Partner Performance Analyst (permanent) – Manchester – up to £27.5 K pa

For our client based in Manchester, I am looking for a Partner Performance Analyst. Salary – up to £27.5 K pa

The remit of responsibility for the successful Partner Performance Analyst aligns with 3 key tenets:

- You will be required to successfully manage data coming in from a variety of sources as someone who is proficient in excel with an ability to identify any key trends.

-Further, you must be able to present and communicate the analysis in a way that is accessible to various key stakeholders utilising tools such as PowerPoint.

-Lastly, you must be able to suggest changes in response to the results of the data that in turn allow for that data to be changed favourably.

Accountabilities:

* Provide analytical support to managers as required and for external relationships requiring support in improving performance

* Produce or assist in producing effective communication slides, tools to monitor performance, tools to track performance;

* Identify and evidence opportunities for improvement and contribute to improvements such as performance and MI reporting processes ect.

Essential:

* Strong customer awareness

* Mathematics and English GCSE - A*-C or Equivalent

* Proficiency with Microsoft office products (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word with a strong understanding of the advanced features on Excel)

* Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
