Are you a hungry sales individual with CeMAP looking to join a dynamic team of Mortgage Advisors with all business, training and support provided?
The Company
Our Client is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their New Build Team.
This position is open to an experienced or inexperienced Advisor and will be based in their Newbury office and will be mainly a telephone based role. This is a long-established family run business with a dynamic team of Mortgage Advisors covering Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Surrey with its head office in Newbury, Berkshire.
They have been trading for over 20 years with a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic independent advisers who specialise in mortgages and protection insurance plus cover all other types of personal and business finance.
Clients and business opportunities
The position is on an employed basis with all leads provided from receiving a high volume of active enquiries from New Build Property Developers.
Training and Development
First class training is provided from an experienced management team who have excelled in their careers despite only being in the industry for a relatively short period of time.
They have proven to develop non-experienced individuals to become 6 figure earners after 2 years!
Support
Each Adviser receives a PA after consistently writing £10k per month, which normally then helps the Adviser boost their business written to £15k - £20k+ pm.
Requirements to be considered
You should have minimum CeMAP 3 and experience of targeted sales. They will provide full training and skills to be highly successful if you have the right attitude to learn. You should also be willing to work every other Saturday on a 10am – 4pm basis with a day off in lieu the following Tuesday.
Remuneration and benefits
Salary of £18,000 - £24,000 pa with first year OTE of £40,000 rising to £60,000+ by year 3.
A Laptop, iPad, phone are provided.
Over half the team and earning £100,000+ despite only being in the industry for 2+ years!!
20 days paid holiday + bank holidays in year 1, rising to a max of 25 days after 6 years’ service
This position will involve working every other Saturday on a 10 – 4 pm basis with a day of in lieu the following Tuesday.
