Working wit sole traders and with large corporations this is an opportunity for one credit Advisor to join a fast paced exciting team.
Description
Main responsibility:
- Contacting current clients via Phone and Email
- Chase outstanding invoices
- Set up new direct debits with new customers
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain existing relationships with customers
Profile
The right Credit Advisor:
- Switched on
- Has a great work ethic and outlook towards work
- Have a good understanding of wok flow
- Be able to work well alongside others
- Report relevant information to Managers or senior members of staff
- Extremely reliable
- Desire to succeed and do well
- have exposure in a finance/customer service role previously
Job Offer
the candidate will be offered a annual salary of £23,000 and be provided with full training on role.
