Overview
End-to-end processing of Funds Trade Settlements and Corporate Actions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform trade matching with custodian and Fund Houses. Investigate and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Perform trade settlement processing for Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds timely and accurately.
  • Process all mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications and ensure clients are notified timely of their entitlements.
  • Process Private Equity capital calls and distributions and ensure timely settlement and payment to counterparty.
  • Support new Fund Launches from book building to trade settlement.
  • Investigate failing trades with Custodian and Counterparties.
  • Investigate daily cash and stock reconciliation breaks.


Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Polytechnic diploma or university degree
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of VBA or SQL coding would be advantageous
