Roles and Responsibilities:â¢Teaching theory & practicals â foundation and advanced sessions with live demos â¢Managing a class as âClass Teacherâ and performing all tasks associated with this â coordinating with parents, maintaining grooming standards, attendance registers etc. â¢Conducting exams â theory and practicals â¢Maintaining and controlling department inventory
Candidate Profile: â¢Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment â¢Good written and verbal communication skills â¢Self-motivated to take leadership in ambiguous situations and work independently
â¢Interest in developing and implementing SOPs for the college and department â¢Interest in active participation in college activities â leading college clubs, conceptualizing and conducting competitions etc.
Academic and Work Experience Requirements: Education: ⢠Three-year Diploma (NCHMCT) OR Degree in Hotel Management (Mandatory)⢠Post Graduation in a relevant subject (Preferable)
Work in Industry plus Teaching Experience: 8-10 years
