About the Role: The Fund Administration Business Evolution function has been established to develop capability in the key areas of: Client Change Capital Change Operational Change Innovation Solution Development (the EMEA Innovation Lab) Business Process Analysis The key activities of the Business Evolution function will be to develop and deliver business projects and solutions which will enable strategic change to meet key FA objectives in the coming years. The focus will be to meet the challenge and opportunities posed by the emerging trends in the funds industry and wider, utilising robotic automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics. Applications are now being sought from suitably qualified candidates at Consultant level to join Business Evolution. Principal Responsibilities: The Consultant will work in one or a number of the work streams within Business Evolution, key responsibilities will include: Business process analysis, requirement gathering and reporting Development of concept proposals for projects or initiatives with an improvement or transformation focus Development of project plans and activities to assure controlled delivery of changes and new solutions to operational teams Management of work streams to achieve the project objectives Engaging with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, management of stated stakeholder needs Proactive problem solving and issue resolution Development of key communications related to projects, programmes or activities of the Business Evolution Team Regular development of thought leadership material to support awareness and development of Business Evolution practices in fellow partners and external stakeholders. Skills / Experience Required: The Consultant will display the skills and experience outlined below: Experience: Possess and maintain an understanding of the funds industry and NT Has previously worked within operations and/or facilitated FA change initiatives Business requirements gathering and analysis Has used strong communication,  influencing skills and change management techniques  to effect changes across in the past Systems & PC Tools: Detailed Knowledge of Enterprise and related Fund Accounting Applications Understanding of how Fund Accounting systems link and interface to other systems People & Team Management: Effective communicator, motivator, coach and mentor Leads by example and actively mentors and coaches Ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure best use of resources and systems. Identify individual responsibilities as well as overall project team responsibilities and ensure that these are being met Effectively identify and delegate projects/assignments and project tasks to individuals and peers. Provide feedback and recognition to the individuals and the project team as to how they are progressing Personal Development: Ability to develop experience and skills further, seeks opportunities both inside and outside NT to achieve this aim Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 3+ years Fund Administration experience, with exposure to a variety of product and operational structures Professional Qualifications Project and Change Management is preferably but not essential. An interest in obtaining project qualifications is an advantage Personal Qualities: Demonstrates the ability to prioritise tasks and multi task, well organised, plans in advance Creates, communicates and supports a common vision and direction Contributes, promotes, and adopts new ideas and approaches Focused on proactively identifying problems and working with other to develop solutions.
