JD description • Responsible for Annual Budgeting and monthly estimate process for the responsible brand(s). Utilizes appropriate planning tools to improve the effectiveness of the budget/estimate planning process; • Monitors and reports the financial performance of responsible Brand(s) on a monthly basis. Identifies variances from budget /estimate and recommends corrective measures. Communicates risks and opportunities to the Management as appropriate; • Act as the financial advisor to Brand and liaises with Brand Manager, Sales/Marketing/Training/Public Relation Managers to prepare monthly estimate reporting. Reviews monthly net sales reports to develop monthly commentary on variance from plan; • Prepares/consolidates financial reports and schedules for month-end, quarterly, year-end closings for responsible Brand(s); • Provides guidance in establishment of aggressive but achievable retail and net sales target. Reviews retail and net sales performance by door, including run rate. Communicates opportunities and exposures to plan/estimate to management; • Review forecasting and analyzes inventory levels including counter inventory monthly to avoid excess inventories or out of stock in conjunction with forecasting team. Provide assistance to brand team to better manage counter inventory; • Participates in monthly forecasting meetings, coordinating with Forecasting and Inventory Management and Brand representatives to facilitate the reconciliation of product shipment forecasts with monthly net sales estimates; • Prepares 3 year P&L for new doors including calculation of ROI. Prepares and monitors P&L by door with the aim at maximizing brand profitability. Assists in establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators; • Participates and guides special promotional programs with respect to budgeting, objective setting, and evaluation of results; • Review Internal Control/SOX assessments and make recommendation as required. Involved in Company wide operational process/procedure standardization; • Assist Brand in financial analysis and advise on business negotiation; • Carries out special projects and analyses, as requested. Requirements: • Possess outstanding inter personal skill as the role requires extensive interaction, communication, and cooperation from all functions in the local and regional/global offices. Advanced organizational skills, track record of autonomy, integrity, initiative, and synthesis and analysis capacities. • University graduate with major in finance, accounting or economics. • Strong analytical and good English language skills. • Exceptional PC skills, particularly with MS Office applications. • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
