I am working with a FTSE 100 business who are looking for a Business Analyst- Payroll, who has a Payroll systems knowledge.

Client Details

The client is based in Cardiff, FTSE 100 business who are involved in the financial services industry.

Description

As the Business Analyst- Payroll, you would be:

  • Assisting with the implementation of the payroll
  • Configuring the system workflows and elements;
  • Involved in UAT testing; analysis;
  • Creating process documents and training materials;
  • Involved in data migration; service rehearsals and pilot, to full roll out of the systems and processes
  • Liaise with vendor and project teams and business resources as and when required

Profile

The successful candidate for the Business Analyst- Payroll would have:

  • Been involved in system implementation projects for between 2,000-5,000 plus users
  • Been involved in configuration, parallel runs, UAT and go-live of atleast 1 project
  • Ideally worked in an Agile framework
