Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination of financial information for Holding Company
and Affiliate Board distribution packages and quarterly President's Letter to
the Board of Directors. - Preparation of Holding Company and Affiliate Board presentations for Vice President Finance.
- Design, modification and maintenance of project financial models to prepare project economics and cash flow/profit & loss forecasts.
- Preparation of Holding Company consolidated financial plans
- Assist in negotiation of project financing for affiliates, including analyst of financial impact of commercial loan provisions and review of draft loan facility and security documents.
- Coordination with project Financial Advisor on affiliate project financing.
- Organization and maintenance of affiliate project financing files.
- Perform business and financial analysis on as-assigned basis.
