Part Time Accounts Assistant (25 hours per week)
£11.00 - £12.00 per hour + Holiday
Warminster, Wiltshire
Temporary Assignment for 4-6 weeks
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant seeking a new temporary part time assignment in the Warminster area? Do you have a methodical approach and have excellent attention to detail? If the answer is YES, then we would love to hear from you!
My client is currently seeking an experienced part time Accounts Assistant to join their growing team in Warminster. You will be supporting the Finance Manager with the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control, therefore this position requires the candidate to ‘hit the ground running’.
The role:
*Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial*

The role:
- Answering telephone calls from suppliers
- Resolving queries
- Dealing with Purchase Ledger e.g. processing invoices, making payments for authorisation, setting up new suppliers on the accounts systems
- General system administration on the accounts system
- Credit Control follow ups
- General administration
- Previous experience within a similar accounts position
- Experience of working with Accounts Packages e.g. SAP / SAGE
- AAT qualification would be desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
