Tax Accountant - In House

We are working with a global group who are growing their European tax team which is based in Cork. This is a newly created role and the tax accountant will work on a range of tax issues from corporate tax to VAT to transfer pricing. This multinational organisation is going through a growth phase so this is a fantastic time for an ambitious tax consultant to join the group. Responsibilities include: Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance obligations across EMEA met in a timely manner Liaise with third party advisors and review VAT/CT reports Assist with tax queries from various stakeholders Review tax processes and suggest improvements where required About the person: Ideally the successful candidate will be a qualified Tax Consultant and/or Accountant with 0-2 years' PQE. Experience in Big 4 or a multinational business would be advantageous. The team has an open and collaborative culture, ideal for a candidate's first role in industry.
