Analytics & Information Management (A&IM) service line aims to help clients get transformation based on insights from data. Work you'll do:

• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Understand the client's business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
• Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
• Recognize technology as a business enabler
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required, preferably in either technical degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline, or business degree in accounting or business administration. Other degree holder will also be considered
• Functional/technical proficiency with at least two full lifecycle implementation experience in one of the SAS products, preferably in SAS Data Management, Business Rules Manager, Process Manager, Execution Engine and Visual Analytics.
• 3-8 years of experience in data preparation, data management, business intelligence or analytics
• Experience in collecting business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training and post implementation support
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills, including development and maintenance of policy processes & templates, design documentation
• Deep understanding of analytics business value and work with senior clients to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
• Ability to tie analytic solutions to business/industry value and outcomes
• Ability to translate open ended business problems in analytical hypothesis and test the hypothesis leveraging various data sources
• Project experience in MNC and experience in consulting industry, client facing and/or technology-related advisory role(s) will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet travel requirements
