Super opportunity to join a small team based in Tewkesbury as a part time Credit Controller. The hours are 20/25 per week ; these can be flexible so might suit school hours for example.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure timely payment of depts by customers- credit control
  • Keep records up to date
  • prepare reports as required
  • Review and solve customer accounts queries
  • General account admin duties - petty cash etc
  • Post cheques and Bacs payments
  • Reconcilliation
  • Prepare and administer documents for court or business meeting

My Tewkesbury client is looking for someone who is happy to work in a small team and have a flexible attitude to work and be able to help out in other departments if necessary. Previous experience of working within an accounts department with credit control and book keeping skills is essential. Good IT skills in office 365 esp Word, Outlook and Excel are also essential.
