Mortgage Adviser - All Leads Guaranteed OTE £45,000

Position: Mortgage & Protection Adviser (telephone based)

Salary: Up to £24,000 basic salary (dependent upon experience), plus commission. OTE £45,000+

Location: Mirfield

About Finding new clients in the Mortgage Brokerage business can be tough, unless you’re well established. In fact, you may be spending the majority of your time worrying about where your next leads are coming from, and keeping the volume up in the face of high and unrealistic new business targets.

Reward Recruitment is currently working with a rapidly expanding Mortgage and Protection Advice business based in West Yorkshire. Due to significantly increased business levels from their introducers, they are seeking to recruit new Advisers to the business.

All leads are provided - the firm is producing far more leads than they are currently able to realistically handle, so there will be guaranteed business to go at. You will not be door knocking for business! Subsequently, their current Advisers are earning well - OTEs of £45,000 are not only realistic, they are expected. This is uncapped, so the sky is the limit for earnings.

So, what do you need to be considered? Full CeMAP (or equivalent qualification) of course. You will also need to have experience in providing Mortgage and Protection advice, ideally in a brokerage environment (though individuals from a tied background will be considered if you have the right attitude). The company are fully prepared to train individuals who may need it, but you’ll need to have some experience in Mortgage Advice in order to get up and running quickly.

Most importantly, the firm want to work with individuals who are driven and motivated. You’ll have a strong desire to succeed, a positive 'can-do’ attitude, a proactive view to this job, as well as being personable with excellent skills at building relationships via telephone.

Base salary will be up to £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience etc.), and it is expected that you will be consistently earning commissions of around £2K/month on top of this, potentially more, which is strong earnings considering all clients are provided to you.
