Part time Corporate Tax Senior Vacancy based in Liverpool city centre with reputable independent firm | £25k+

Your new company
One of the leading, independent chartered accountancy practices in Liverpool with a heritage that can be traced back to the early 1900's. This firm offers an array of services, in audit, accounts, payroll and business advisory throughout the North West of England and beyond. This firm are a successful and growing, single-office practice, big enough to deal with complexities of large clients, yet small enough to care about their needs. This firm have a current tax department of around 8 members of staff and are recruiting into this new vacancy due to growth.

Your new role
Your new role as a Corporate Tax Senior will involve managing your own portfolio of corporate tax clients ranging from SME's, OMB's and some off shore companies. You will be responsible for the compliance element for this portfolio, filing of P11D's, client liaison and relationship building, handling enquiries as and when required and ad hoc advisory work naturally off the back of this portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this position, you will have experience of working within a corporate tax capacity within practice. You will ideally be studying towards your CTA or newly qualified and be looking for a part time opportunity of three or four days per week. You will demonstrate good technical knowledge at interview and ideally come from a reputable practice with a varied client base.

What you'll get in return
In return for your efforts you will receive a salary dependent on your level of experience of between £25,000-£30,000 (full time equivalent), 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday and an excellent opportunity to develop within a large and reputable independent firm.
