Our exclusive client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their busy and growing business. This is a new role development because of the growth and the need to have controls and procedures implemented.
Duties include:
- Trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss production
- Cash flow forecasts for the management team
- Bank reconciliations
- Improvement and implementation of accounting procedures
- Working closely with the external accountant specifically at year end
- Preparing and monitoring the annual budget
- Preparing payroll information for the accountants and ensuring accuracy
- Credit control and sales ledger duties
- Raising invoices and paying suppliers
This role would suit someone who has previously working for a small company and is used to being the main point of contact for accounting. You need to be confident in your experience as you will have free rein to implement new and improved procedures as you see fit. You will be a good communicator, a self-starter and be able to work on your own initiative.
