An exciting role for an ambitious Part Qualified Project Accountant to assist with financial matters relating to new capital developments.
Client Details
Based in London this well known housing organisation manages over 30,000 homes and are currently building thousands more with in London and the South East.
Description
The Project Accountant will be responsible for the following duties
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Provide information for profit calculations, budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts
- Act as the key point of contact for any financial matters relating to the assigned developments.
Profile
The ideal Project Accountant will have exposure to balance sheet reconciliations, analysis and be actively studying towards an ACCA/CIMA.
Exposure to project accounting with in the Housing Sector is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
A salary of between £32,000 to £34,000 plus benefits including study support.
