Financial Analyst - Finance Business Partner

Working closely with the Finance and Commercial Directors, this business partnering team plays an integral part in enabling the company to accomplish its targets by bringing a universal and methodical approach to evaluating its finances and strategic objectives. Finance is well respected in our business and it's this team that ultimately represents finance in the business" - Senior Finance Manager ABOUT THE ROLE Financial management of a number of strategic business units Financial consultant for the Operational team and senior leaders Preparation of monthly reporting packs and analysis to identify next actions Make recommendations to business unit management for optimising financial performance and achieving financial targets Preparation of monthly financial forecast ABOUT THE PERSON Qualified accountant with a minimum of 4+ years of financial experience (training contract included) Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with and influence a variety of personnel across the organisation including senior management Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel Experience using ERP systems an advantage Working across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax communities, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to accountants along each step of their career journey.
