Full time Chef De Partie

Our client based in Ballina Co Clare are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie. You must have 2-3 years in a similar role. The sucessful candidate: Must be able to work in a team and on own inititive Good spoken English is essential Must be confident working in a busy kitchen enviroment  must have a passion for cooking must have up to date HACCP certificates Must have own transport as there is not a regular bus service Must be flexible with working hours  The role involves: Working in a busy, face -paced enviroment  Working as part of a team  Shift work and weekends preparing, cooking and serving high quality foods Keeping all working areas clean and tidy  Please email your CV to grace.oconnor(at)flexsource.ie
