I am working on an exciting opportunity for Payroll experts who are looking for new challenge.
I am working with a large business on the outskirts of Cardiff who are looking to bring on board a Payroll expert for 12 months to help them with a massive project that they are running across the UK
Client Details
The client is a large business based on the outskirts of Cardiff that are heavily involved in a variety of Business Services including Outsourcing Services & Sales.
Description
On a day to day basis you would as the Payroll Manager you be:
- Assigned a Proportion of the payroll to run and manage through the transition from one Payroll system to another
- Assist with the implementation of the strategic payroll (This is being done in stages)
- Configuration of system workflows and UAT testing and be involved in the analysis
- Creating process documents and training materials; data migration; service rehearsals and pilot, to full roll out of the systems and processes:
- Be part of a team of payroll experts and provide advice and guidance where necessary across the business
- Analyse test result exceptions to establish root cause
- Create documentation for agreed processes and training materials
- Co-ordinate with the other work streams on the project to ensure collaboration
Profile
The successful Payroll Manager will have:
- Been involved in Payroll development for a minimum 2 years, for a large payroll
- Payroll system implementation experience
- Be happy to travel across the UK (Expenses Paid)
Job Offer
The successful Payroll Manager will be offered:
- £30,000-£38,000
- Generous Pension
- 30 days holiday incl BH
- Expenses
- Minimum 12 Month FTC
