Audit / Accounts Manager - Dynamic South Wales Accounting Group - up to £45,000

You will work for a leading firm of Chartered Accountants who have offices across South Wales. This firm is now one of the largest professional accounting and management consultancy firms in the area. They provide a high level of direct input by senior and experienced staff who have a practical understanding of business.

Your new role
As Audit / Accounts Manager you will report to the Senior Manager and Directors within the firm. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for the day to day control, client liaison and completion of accounts and audit assignments. You will be exposed to interesting and complex issues and will assist the Directors in developing business with the practice. As a Manager you will build strong relationships with both current clients and with new clients, you will also be responsible for the training, development and management of Senior Accountants and Trainee Accountants.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered / Certified Accountant with a broad range of audit and accounts experience. You will have strong communication skills with a good networking ability, you will have excellent teamwork and mentoring skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload. You will have good analytical and problem solving skills and will be IT proficient. It is essential that you have previous practice experience.
