Premier Global is a market leading fitness training and awarding organisation based in Huntingdon, North Cambridgeshire. They are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their team and play a crucial role in supporting the Credit Manager. With close links to London, Peterborough and Cambridge; this vacancy presents an exciting opportunity for an ICM studier to play a key part in the credit control team.

Premier Global are a well-established, highly profitable organisation with exciting plans for continual growth. As a Credit Controller you will report into the Credit Manager and your main duties will include chasing overdue debt from customers via phone/e-mail/letter, reporting for the business, negotiating revised payment plans, input monthly bad debt provision, preparing information for handing over cases to external solicitors, produce and send statements, set up direct debit plans, post cash receipts, liaise with customer services and any other ad hoc duties as required.

Essential requirements include:

  • B2C Experience - this is essential and candidates must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in this field
  • Studying towards or qualified/part qualified (ICM qualification)
  • Previous experience with setting up Direct Debits, processing Direct Debits, taking card payments and reporting
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to communicate and work well with other internal and external departments.


This role would be suited to a Credit Controller who is happy to take ownership of all credit control tasks. This role will also suit a self-motivated candidate with a grounding in credit control who is willing to learn and work hard. You will have previous experience with a range of IT systems, and must be able to work independently and with initiative as you will be responsible for your own workload.

Salary up to £24k plus benefits.
