As we continue to grow rapidly and develop new marketplaces, we are looking for a high-performing and exceptionally talented individual to join our successful claims team.

What will I be doing?

We are developing a full Uninsured Loss Recovery service providing everything from first notification & incident management, through replacement vehicle hire and repair, to invoicing and recovery.

This is a key customer and client-facing role and, after initial training, you will be mentored by an experienced colleague taking increasing responsibility for your own case load. Whilst your main focus will initially be with drivers and operators offering taxi and chauffeur services, your customers and daily contacts are also drawn from the many brokers, intermediaries and insurers operating in the hire and reward market.

Your aim is simple; ensure an efficient and problem-free experience for customers, keeping them mobile and up-to-date with progress.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Ideally, experience in a similar role in claims handling or the insurance sector;
  • Experience in a telephone-based, customer facing role with a working knowledge of office-based IT (e.g. MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and CRM systems;
  • Be an effective and credible communicator, socially confident and articulate in 1-2-1 situations;
  • Able to organise and manage a high volume workload to achieve KPIs & SLAs;
  • We'd also like to hear from you if you are keen to start a career in our industry with a good degree within a Business, Finance or Legal discipline
