Job Description
  • Knowledge and work experience with an accounting based position
  • Knowledge and work experience with using QuickBooks
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly financial reports
  • Assist with compiling bank loan packages
  • Prepares Revenue and Expense Budgets
  • Bank Correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding organization's financial and personnel information
  • Drafting letters
  • Establish and maintain effective filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Submits tax forms and other financial filings including filing of paperwork with various local, state and federal entities
  • Assists with maximizing productivity, identifies problems, missing data or errors and assists with implementing immediate and accurate solutions,
  • Assists with the retrieval and or creation of property financial and accounting reports
  • creating spreadsheets and maintain records
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
  • Working off of a calendar system
  • Adhering to deadlines completing tasks within a timely manner
  • helping in administrative tasks

Requirements:

–Quick Books Pro experience (minimum 2 years)

–Proficient use of a Microsoft Office products including Word (including the use of tables), Excel, and Outlook;

– Strong and effective written and communications skills in English.

–Good listening skills

–Detail oriented and high accuracy

–Strong organizational skills

–highly analytical

–ability to work effectively in a face–paced environment with changing priorities, while maintaining professionalism and strong rapport with EIS team members.

–Consistently maintains a professional demeanor, appearance, and work environment.
