Hands on SME role within a growing group of companies

Hays have been appointed on an exclusive basis to work with an ambitious and growing division of a larger group who seek to further invest in the footprint of the UK.

Your new role
You will play a key role in developing the maturity of the finance function by ensuring processes and controls are robust and compliant. You will produce all monthly management and financial reports, manage cash flow, produce the annual budget and ensure strong relationships are in place with the bank, group finance, customers and suppliers. You will grow the local team and ensure all facets of finance at a transactional level are suitable managed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on accountant willing to roll up your sleeves in an ambitious organisation. You will demonstrate a strong strength of character and enjoy being fully accountable for running a local finance function.
