Our client is a well established and highly reputable organisation with impressive offices in Oxford. Due to a seasonal peak, a new temporary opportunity has arisen in their Credit Control team for someone to join them as soon as possible on an ongoing basis with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The collection of cash by phone, email and post.
- Assessing new account applications to see if there is any credit risk.
- Managing some key accounts.
- Dealing with customer queries and disputes.
- Maintaining customer records.
- Sales ledger.
- Reporting.
Candidates that apply should be available at short notice and have previous experience of Credit Control or Collections. You must have an excellent telephone manner, be proactive and a team player with good systems skills.
