The Company

Our client company is a long-established family run business with a dynamic team of Mortgage Advisors covering Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Surrey with its head office in Newbury, Berkshire. They have been trading for over 20 years with a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic independent advisers who specialise in mortgages and protection insurance plus cover all other types of personal and business finance.

Clients and business opportunities

No self-generation required due to their large network of introducers with new build developers and estate agencies, they receive a high volume of active enquiries which are distributed between their successful team. Because of their strong relationships with their introducers, Advisers can be based from their development sites or branches for a number of days each week to enhance your presence. Plus, full marketing support containing quarterly client newsletters and detailed client recommendation packs.

Training and Development

First class training is provided from an experienced management team who have excelled in their careers despite only being in the industry for a relatively short period of time. They have proven to develop non-experienced individuals to become 6 figure earners after 2 years! Plus, monthly training events are held for the whole team in the Newbury Head Office.

Support

Each Adviser receives a PA after consistently writing £10k per month, which normally then helps the Adviser boost their business written to £15k - £20k+ pm.

Requirements to be considered

You should have minimum CeMAP 3 and some experience of providing mortgage advice. They will provide full training and skills to be highly successful if you have the right attitude to learn.
