READ ON… Desirable Skill Set: Insurance Qualification APA/CIP essential Previous customer care or industry related experience preferably in a contact/call centre environment A keen interest in insurance and financial services Proven track record in meeting targets and KPIs Expert communication skills, both verbal and written Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills The ability to work as part of a team Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care Job Role & Responsibilities: Delivering first rate service to our customers through our email service. Meeting assigned KPIs and team targets. Processing policy queries and amendments in a timely and professional manner. Processing customer documentation in accordance with procedures. Salary: Basic €25,000 plus Performance Related Bonus of €2,000 per annum. *Basic salary will increase to €27,000 following 12 months service and excellent performance. This role is a "controlled function" as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the successful candidate meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness & Probity standards issued in this Act.
