Lead Generator
Based: Neston, Wirral (CH64)
(Free parking / near train station)
£17,500 Basic + Commission (OTE £24k uncapped)
Office Hours (Mon - Fri)
THE COMPANY:
Our client is a long established and independent insurance broker specialising in various products to SME’s. The company are growing and they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales focussed professional to join an established team. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for proactively engaging with businesses and generating leads and insurance renewals from a supplied database. This is an opportunity join a company that have big plans for the future.
THE ROLE:
Working within a team to proactively generate interest and leads for the sale and renewal of business insurance products.
Working from a pre-qualified database
Using your excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads
You will need to be able to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute to the team’s success
You should be comfortable working as part of a team but have confidence to be self-organised and have the ability to use your own initiative.
THE CANDIDATE:
You should have current and relevant Outbound Call Centre Sales/ Lead Generation or Telesales experience (B2B or B2C)
An excellent telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
Be target / results driven
Sound PC / keyboard skills
Good questioning skills with an ability to convert into a lead quickly
Resilient & have a real desire to succeed
A can do attitude
