Management Accountant

Nelson Chambers are working with a growing engineering, design and manufacturing business who having experienced a number of years sustainable growth, seek to add an MAnagement Accountant or UK Accounting Manager to their growing team.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will take responsibility for all aspects of the Accounting function up to the production of the end of year and monthly management accounts. Working closely with the MD and the Accounting administrator the role will involve;

Assisting with budgeting and forecassting

Assit with preperation of group month end managment accounts

Preperation of sales reports

Overarching responsibility for the UK finance function up to End of Year Accounts

Supervision of Book keeping, Payroll and Credit control.

The Candidate

The ideal person will be a qualified accountant and will have exposure of a finance department within a world of manufacturing and engineering.

Working knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV is essential

Experience of group accounts

Multi country dealings would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Fully qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA
