Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a Financial Controller in a high profile service business based around Warwick. Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller.

The Role
As the Financial Controller, you are responsible for a team and duties are to include but not be limited to;
- Leading accounts in accordance to reporting standards and compliance
- Implementing strategies and effective leadership
- Liaising and developing relationships across the organisation
- Financial modelling for new business concepts
- Leading a finance team and managing development
Person specification
The ideal Head of Finance & Resources will be driven to succeed with ambition to help the business grow in the future. Requirements include;
- Fully Qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Experience in managing a team and strong negotiation
- Great communication skills and persuasive communication
- Advanced Excel knowledge
