My Client in Egham is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to work with them on an initial 3 month contract with a possible view to extend or go permanent. This role is for an immediate start!
Your duties will include:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Calculation of accruals, prepayments, depreciation
• Preparation of monthly sales reports
• Maintenance of project related financial reports
• Internal correspondence with project managers i.e. email
• Project profit allocation
• Project accounting journals (WIP, accrued and deferred income)
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with the processing of staff expenses
• Manage and support the sales ledger function of the business
• Other ad-hoc matters
An ideal applicant will possess the following skills:
• Experience within a similar role with solid accounts/book keeping knowledge
• Experience of running year end reports
• Intermediate Excel knowledge required (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
• Experience of Sage Line 200 would be beneficial but not essential
