Telephone Mortgage Adviser

Due to expansion Farrell Heyworth Estate & Letting Agents are looking to recruit additional members of the Mortgage team to work as a Telephone Mortgage Advisers in Lancaster. We provide you with dedicated training and unique marketing tools to assist you in your role and ensure you have full support and fantastic career development opportunities.

Farrell Heyworth are market leading mortgage brokers & estate agents and are looking for fully CeMap (or equivalent) qualified telephone mortgage and protection advisers with a proven track record in mortgage & protection sales.

We work with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) who are one of the UK's largest multi-award winning brokers with leading estate agents in over 900 offices nationwide.

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will provide quality mortgage and protection advice over the telephone.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets by providing expert advice backed up by excellent customer service

• Working in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards

Personal Specification:

• Maths & English GCSE grade "C" or above

• Previous sales experience essential

• CeMap, (or equivalent) qualified

• Ambitious and hard working with a can do attitude In return you will benefit from:
