Mortgage Adviser / Broker - HNW & UHNW (Employed or S/E) Prestigious Market-Leader

For centuries, this directly authorised firm has been servicing the diverse mortgage and protection requirements of HNW and UHNW clients across the globe. Having forged very strong relationships with many lenders and private banks, the company is well-placed to cater for complex mortgage needs and it is no wonder why it is a market-leader within the large loan space.

This role will give you exposure to some very affluent clients, who in turn generate very attractive commissions. You will be supported by a highly competent admin team, who will allow you to focus on writing business, and you will have the back-up of this company’s first-class brand and marketing methodologies, ensuring that you receive a consistent supply of qualified leads.

It is no secret that this company is 'picky’ when it comes to recruiting. In order to protect its reputation and maintain credibility with its trusted clientele, it seeks only the most professional, committed and ambitious Mortgage Advisers / Brokers, who can demonstrate a successful track record of writing compliant mortgage and protection business. Whilst it is not essential that you have previously dealt with high net worth / ultra high net worth clientele, you must have a genuine desire to do so, as well as a natural ability to converse effectively at this level. You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have at least 12 months’ experience within a 'whole of market’ role.

The firm offers both an employed package with a starting salary of up to £35K plus a very lucrative, uncapped bonus scheme, as well as a self-employed proposition with generous commission splits.
