Nigel Wright Group are excited to be working with a fast-growing business, based in Darlington who are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support with various transactional duties within the accounts function. This is an exciting time to join as the business goes on expanding into various markets selling its solution based products globally.

We are looking for a candidate who is immediately available or can be available on a short time turn around for this temporary role which is initially for 1 month with the potential to be extended.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with and processing recurring & multi currency invoicing.
  • Cancelling invoices
  • Raising credits, re-invoicing and settlement fee calculations.
  • Processing DD transaction - Mandates and Subscriptions.
  • Processing Credit Cards transaction.

As the ideal candidate, you will be:

  • You will have experience of using Sage 50.
  • Be able to demonstrate transactional experience.
  • This is a multi functional, fast paced role, so you will need to be able to work with speed and accuracy.
  • A mathematical and analytical approach is needed for this role for manual calculations to be made on a case by case basis.
  • Ideally studying AAT
