Finance Manager

Your new role
Number one role in the Finance team of a highly successful & expanding business. Ensuring the effective & efficient day-today management of the Finance function and the Finance team. A range of responsibilities which are fundamental to the success of the wider business: management of the P&L; balance sheet & month-end process; development & management of financial systems; process control & improvement; supporting cross-functional work throughout the business. Ensuring the accuracy of financial & operational reporting & analysis. Providing management info. Contributing towards the financial planning and strategic growth of the company as a key member of the management team.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) from a manufacturing (or similar) background. Great interpersonal skills. Commercially minded. Delivering results. Customer focused. Ability to act upon interpretation of figures. Confident & assertive and able to reinforce processes in a fast-paced environment. Organised and able to meet deadlines. Collaborative working approach. People management. Process improvement & management. Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel. Outstanding long-term opportunity with definite promotion prospects.
