Commercial / Corporate Account Executive / Developer - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £Highly Negotiable + Car + Bonus
Our rapidly growing client are looking to add to their Corporate team within the West Midlands.
The Corporate team have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and has an established team to back up Executives with best in class placement and insurer relations meaning life is made that little bit easier.
You will be developing profitable relationships with New and Existing clients to Develop new Corporate clients.
The back-up provided:
Highly experienced placement team and defined placement strategy
Wider services such as Risk Management, Employee Benefits Team to enable complete corporate solutions to be delivered seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Manage a small book of existing clients and develop these further
Develop a client base from the leads provided, referrals and own networking
Attend client and insurer meetings as required to ensure business is both won in year one and retained in year two.
Establish solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Liaise extensively with other departments internally to maximise wider client coverage.
You will be well versed in the local market and have pre existing connections.
Skills:
You'll currently be an Account Executive / Account Director who is looking for somewhere to put roots down for the long term with a firm that believes in longterm development and client management.
Your existing experience as an Account Executive will be essential and ideally you'll already be dealling with Large Cases (£200,000+)
Exposure to all standard classes of Commercial Insurance
High level communication, presentation, negotiation, client management and sales skills.
Proven ability to develop relationships and win business within a client environment
