Account Executive

The primary function of the role will be to secure business with UK Construction clients in the SME-mid-market/ low level corporate arena (premiums £20k to £1M). There is an existing portfolio of business, however the individual will be tasked with building relationships with clients, securing new business and assisting with the team's general growth.

As mentioned, there is an established client base which can be utilised, but due to the nature of the construction industry, the successful candidate will also be expected to be able to generate their own leads through various means including networking and cold-calling etc.

The desired candidates must have a proven track record in client-facing commercial insurance sales roles and will have good knowledge of the UK Construction insurance market. Candidates from other product backgrounds may also be considered if they have had some exposure to Construction insurance alongside other risks.
