Senior Financial Planning Analyst The purpose of this role is to provide timely, accurate and detailed country and regional level Actual and Forecast reporting to the Regional teams within Allianz Partners. Additionally, the role will include some responsibility for the planning, consolidation and reporting of the 3 year planning and budgeting process as well as monthly updates and variance analysis. Responsibilities -Manage regional and country level reporting process, including working with Accounting, Actuarial, Sales and Underwriting teams to provide detailed and accurate view of Actual and Projected results -Communicate results to Regional Finance and Allianz Partners central teams and respond to any queries on the results -Enhance systems and processes around country level reporting -Assist with the company`s 3 year financial planning process and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure sign-off by all key stakeholders -Proactively review and challenge the financial plans and understand key drivers and assumptions -Prepare monthly variance analysis of the Actual vs Plan results and present to senior management -Support new projects by providing timely, accurate and detailed forecasts for new regions -Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of all outputs. -Enhance processes and procedures to strengthen the control environment around production of results -Ad hoc financial projects -Participate in various operational activities within the department to ensure that department objectives and reporting and compliance requirements are met. -Promote high Customer Service and Quality ethos on the team and in the company as appropriate. Promote both the Finance department values and the Company values and the `I make a difference` initiative Responsibilities -Qualified or part qualified accountant with at least three years` experience in financial planning or budgeting -A relevant third level business qualification or equivalent -Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationships, both internal and external -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; -Proven experience in delivering financial results / plans under tight deadlines; -Strong financial and analytical skills; -Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen; -Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; -Ability to work to strict deadlines on particular projects, budget, strategy plan -Ability to manage a busy workload -Ability to work well as part of a team -Ability to influence/support and build relationships The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in growing multicultural company committed to empowering its employees and furthering their development.
