Credit Control with Italian

This organisation has 8 locations worldwide, with their global Shared Service centre located in Ireland,where this position will sit. This centre has undergone considerable growth in recent times with strong potential for this to continue. Your new role As Collection Specialist with this organisation, you will be responsible for managing overdue invoices, managing blocked orders as soon as report is issued, issuing account statements while also following up on dispute rejections. You will also be involved in reporting, including running KPI reports, Monthly Reports and Weekly Reports. What you'll need to succeed You will be a fluent Italian speaker with the ability to work well within a busy team. Some prior Accounts Receivable experience would be highly advantageous along with a strong understanding of Excel and ERP system experience, SAP ideally.
