Investor relation Specialist

- Prepare and coordinate investor materials like quarterly earnings releases, earnings conference call scripts and yearly reports etc.

- Respond to individual and retail investor inquiries.

- Ensure to fulfill requests for publicly revealed information associated with operating results, business developments and strategies.

- Oversee shareholder ownership along with maintain investor relations contacts and interactions details.

- Develop, manage and enhance all communication and investor relations aspects with existing and potential clients and financial advisors.

- Respond to inquiries from retail investors, financial advisors and research analysts related to Senior Floating Rate and varied new funds.

- Maintain and update public websites regularly.

- Develop quarterly reports along with monthly newsletters pertinent to fund performance.

- Develop and manage Senior Floating Rate and varied new funds customer service, communications strategies and investor relations speaking of financial market.

- Creates presentations, press releases,  and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.

- Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives.

- Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.

- Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results.
