d Financial Lead IMOFC financial reporting and management objectives on behalf of Global Head. Analyze operating costs to determine 3YSP and 1YOP targets Manage all financial issues including budgets, operating plans, actual cost investigations and issues requiring negotiation within IMOFC and between IMOFC and other areas. Understand and help drive IMOFC strategic initiatives related to financial management or impacting the cost base. Maintain understanding of all ONO initiatives and financial impacts. Understand IMOFC consumer billing and drive completion and analysis of allocation keys and other drivers. Manage headcount and travel approval process, ensuring all requests are challenged and meet the minimum criteria for approval. Ensure criteria is in line with cost objectives at all times. Manage restructuring forecast across all of IMOFC globally. Your team A Service Line Financial Manager partners closely with all Service Line and Service Delivery Heads to ensure best in class financial governance (i.e. meet or exceed TDC and headcount targets) and operational management (including capacity and demand management, and organisational and supervisory design). This manager will take the lead in driving consistency in all planning, forecasting and reporting of financials across the global IMOFC service, such that management has accurate and timely information to understand whether they can achieve cost targets, and if not, why. Governance & Responsibilities Reporting to Group Finance Business Manager and the IMOFC Global Head, the Financial Manager will strive towards effectively building and managing relationships with the heads and Business Managers of the Service Delivery organizations, the Service Line Managers and the broader Group Finance Business Management community. Your experience and skills Financial Management Solid background in financial management (including run rate analysis, forecasting etc) Understands the importance of execution timing/phasing on meeting financial targets Can identify risks and issues and work with stakeholders to address Challenges spend to ensure maximum benefit Reporting and Communications Adept at obtaining and analysing data (financial, headcount, volume, capacity etc) Able to create reporting and analysis for senior management and communications materials for wider groups Partnership and Collaboration Works closely with all levels of staff (MD through EE). Naturally collaborative will seek to include and leverage wider Business Management organisation (including across Corporate Center) to develop new practices and standards Leadership Assumes leadership position across business managers within IMOFC. Seeks to engage with and influence initiatives outside of his/her direct remit Operational Excellence Has a desire to play an active role in creating an efficient and effective organisation Obtains the required data and institutes processes to review and make decisions Continually aspires to enable and improve operational performance Experience, Skills and Background Degree educated and experience and proven track record in business management Strong business and commercial acumen Work experience in a global, multicultural context Proficient command of written and verbal business English Excellent excel skills and comfortable with large amounts of data Able to be flexible and adapt to continuously changing environment Able to drive change and able to contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization Your colleagues About us Expert advice.
